The Soft Life Digital CEO™ website and brand are operated by Womack Global Enterprises LLC, the legal seller of all products offered on SoftLifeDigitalCEO.com. References to “we,” “us,” or “our” mean Womack Global Enterprises LLC.

Your Next Chapter Business Blueprint is offered for $97. The Lead Magnet Prompt Pack is offered for $17 exclusively to Blueprint buyers immediately after a verified Blueprint purchase. These are one-time purchases for digital products delivered through secure access. Prices are shown before applicable sales tax.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Available payment methods may vary and are shown at checkout. Applicable sales tax and the final total are calculated and displayed before payment is submitted.

After your payment is verified, you receive access to your purchased products through a secure buyer-access page. If your secure link expires, you may request a fresh link from the buyer-access page using the email address used at checkout.

Because these products are delivered digitally, purchases are final and nonrefundable except where required by law. If you experience a delivery, access, or defective-file problem, contact support@softlifedigitalceo.com so we can restore access or provide a working replacement.

Your purchase grants you a limited, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use the purchased materials for your own personal and business development. You may use your completed responses and the original content or offers you create from the materials in your own business. You may not share, copy for distribution, resell, sublicense, publish, upload to a resource library or membership, or provide the purchased PDFs, templates, or prompts to another person. Purchasing the materials does not transfer ownership of the materials or the Soft Life Digital CEO™ intellectual property.

The products provide educational information and guided planning tools. They are not legal, tax, financial, accounting, or other professional advice. Results depend on each buyer’s decisions, effort, market, and circumstances. Womack Global Enterprises LLC does not guarantee demand, sales, income, business success, or any particular result. ChatGPT and other third-party services are separate services governed by their own terms and availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Womack Global Enterprises LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the products. To the fullest extent permitted by law, total liability for a claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

We may update these Terms when our products, practices, or legal requirements change. The Effective Date at the top identifies the current version. Changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively change the terms governing a completed purchase unless required by law.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
